14 Day Cancellation Policy	Cancellations made prior than 14 days before the date of arrival will not incur any charges or fees and will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the first nights stay. No shows will be charged for the full reservation length.
Cancellation Policy	Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the date of arrival will not incur any charges or fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged a one night stay. No Shows will be charged for the trip’s full stay.
Football Season Cancellation	Cancellations made prior than 14 days before the date of arrival will not incur any charges or fees and will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the first nights stay. No shows will be charged for the full reservation length.
Reservation Guarantee	Reservations guaranteed with a credit card will always be honored at check in. If the room becomes unavailable for any reason the hotel will find other comparable accommodations. The hotel will also provide complementary transportation to and from the new accommodation.
Special Event	All reservations will require a refundable deposit for the first night of the reservation. Any Cancellations or modifications to a reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in in order to receive refunds for deposits. All Reservations guaranteed with a credit card will be honored at check in. If the room becomes unavailable for any reason the hotel will find other comparable accommodations. The hotel will also provide complementary transportation to and from the new accommodation.

ADA	Governors Inn does not have any ADA compliant rooms available. The building was constructed prior to the passing of the ADA in 1992 and is considered a historic building for such purposes.
